Faculty Development Program

There will be a series of Faculty Development Programs (FDP) at CREST. The main aim of the program is to develop faculty who can present the Sahaj Marg teaching and experience as appropriate to the audience, in a heart based approach. The specific objectives of the program will enable the participants to:

1. Understand the role of faculty in the service of Rev. Master.
2. Appreciate the need to learn and work on oneself for constant refinement.
3. Develop a heart based approach to connect and communicate with the audience.
4. Develop exposure to different interactive methods of learning and teaching.

This is a ‘training of trainers’ program with the sole purpose of establishing a strong faculty base across SRCM, who have internalized the Master and are externalizing His teachings. The following criteria should be considered while nominating a participant for the program;

1. Persons already functioning as a faculty / trainer/ facilitator at the center / zone level.
2. Persons having the spirit and motivation for continuous learning and refinement.
3. Persons having developed deep conviction about teachings of Sahaj Marg with years of dedicated practice and service in the mission.

The program size will be restricted to about 30 participants in order to ensure quality of delivery in the program. The zone-in-charge will nominate candidates from the respective zone as per the suggested criteria. Participants will need to have a decent understanding of English language. These programs will be conducted in English. Registration process for these programs will close one month prior to the start of the program.
