Dear Sister / Brother:

REV. MASTER AT THE BABUJI MEMORIAL ASHRAM, MANAPAKKAM, ON 2007 NEW YEARS EVE AND THE NEW YEAR
A Report by Br. S. Prakash - Ashram Maintenance Manager, Babuji Memorial Ashram, Manapakkam
Report filed on 1st January '2007

Rev. Master had returned to Chennai from CREST, Bangalore, on the evening of Friday, the 29th of December '2006, by road.

Sunday, the 31st of December '2006 - Coinciding with the 2007 New Year Eve, there was a memorable "Flute concert" by the leading flutist of South India and an Abhyasi, Br. Atul Kumar. There was no mid-night satsangh at Manapakkam.

Monday, the 1st of January '2007 -  The first satsangh of the Year 2007 was given by Rev. Master on Monday morning. After the Satsangh, while making the announcements, I had emphasised the need for all of us to be present for Rev. Master's 80th Birth Anniversary Celebrations at Tirupur in July '2007. He being the giver of all, there is nothing we can give to Him except our presence. "Being Present, on a very significant spiritual celebration, is the best Present of all that we can give to our Beloved Master". We sincerely pray that all our abhyasi brothers and sisters from all corners of the world will congregate at Tirupur and make it a befitting occasion.

The 3rd Batch of Youth Program has come to an end and Rev. Master distributed the certificates to the program participants after the satsangh. The 4th Batch of Youth Program (set to run for 3 months) is starting on the 3rd of January '2007 at Manapakkam Ashram.
