FAMILY & FRIENDS RETREAT

The next Family & Friends Retreat will be held at the Satkhol ashram in the Himalayas from the 28 September to the 2 October.

We extend our wholehearted invitation to you for a unique experience in the quiet of our ashram while you take in the beauty and serenity of the snow-capped, majestic Himalayas, and look forward to welcoming you at the Babuji Nilayam, your home during your stay in Satkhol.

Dates

The retreats are available around major festivals and holidays, such as Holi, Easter, Dussera, Diwali, Christmas and New Year.

Program

The program includes sessions on Heartfulness Meditation, and interactive sessions on lifestyle with trained facilitators.

Criteria for Application

• The primary applicant of every group will have a permanent SRCM ID card.
• The space is limited to 10 rooms and each group will be accommodated in one room. The group size is limited to a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 members.
• Each group will have at least two to three persons who have recently started Heartfulness meditation or are yet to try Heartfulness.
