Dear sisters and brothers,

Radio City is launching Season 2 of its Heartfulness Programs

The following programs will be broadcast on their web radio channel, ‘Radio City Wellness’, from the 11th of January:

• Heartfulness Relaxation at 7:00 a.m., 4 p.m., and 9 p.m. (IST) daily.
• A talk show, Shanti Sutra, in which a Heartfulness trainer will talk about the practical approach to the Sahaj Marg system of heart-based meditation. Season 2 will delve into deeper practical topics. In the first episode the topic of discussion will be ‘Anger’. This will be aired on Mondays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. IST.

The web radio channel is available worldwide and will be in conversational Hindi interspersed with a little English. The URL is http://www.planetradiocity.com/non-film/radiocity-wellness.

Heartfulness IT update and webinar for IT volunteers: Global webinar on the 23rd of January at 16:00 p.m. UTC

1. There is now an IT Support site launched for all IT requests at http://itsupport.sahajmarg.org. Please create your own username and password for the first time and this will enable our IT team to track resolutions and improvements.
2. New country-based heartfulness.org websites have been launched. Please contact IT support if your country is not listed and you would like to help in creating one.
3. There is now a blog page on the website. Please read and comment at http://en.heartfulness.org/blog/. Also please contribute new articles/blog for listing on the heartfulness website at itsupport.sahajmarg.org.
4. Webinar for IT volunteers
