Handouts, presentation and talks from the Heartfulness Convention in New Jersey, USA

The first Heartfulness International Convention on North American soil took place in New Jersey from the 18th to the 20th of December 2015, with over 1,200 in attendance. Participants meditated together five times over this weekend, beginning with Friday evening and ending Sunday morning.

During the weekend, Kamlesh Patel spoke on three occasions about meditation, yoga, and the science of raja yoga in the Sahaj Marg system. There were also presentations on Heartfulness as it is being introduced and practised in schools, corporations and communities. Everyone also had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the importance of daily practice of the Sahaj Marg system offered by Heartfulness.
