Welcome to Heartfulness.org (http://www.heartfulness.org/), through which the practice of Sahaj Marg can be conveyed to people in a universal and simple manner.

Heartfulness is an invitation for people everywhere who are not yet practicing Sahaj Marg to try meditation on their own, then experience the benefits of meditating with transmission when they are ready to go deeper.
