Dear Sisters & Brothers,

There have been several queries from abhyasis of all over the world about the Esoteric Symbol and its integration into our practice. Babuji Maharaj has shared several messages on this aspect in the "Whispers Collection" and one is certain that our abhyasis would be diligently reading the same.

This is to clarify that there is only one way we meditate, "Supposition of divine light in the heart" the way we have always been meditating as a prescribed norm. Like how one doesn't focus on drawing Master's form while one meditates (it must be allowed to happen naturally as one progresses, the form appearing when the abhyasi has practiced sufficiently and has progressed to absorb the essence of Master's form), one shouldn't focus on the symbol as well. If it has to happen, it should happen naturally as and when the abhyasi is ready for the same.

It might be pertinent to quote Rev. Master's recent communication in this context to an abhyasi brother:

Dear brother,

It is best left to abhyasis to find out what it is and what it is all about. Remember the symbol was first published in Whispers Vol. II page 458 and it is only now that after repeated references to it in the recent messages that people are waking up to it.
